The location was lovely, in a fitness centre, the hotel overlooked river. Further, it was not far from a hike in which the route stopped in the middle of the mountain. The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was excellent!

A Refreshing Business Retreat at Glenburn Lodge & Spa
The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The award-winning Glenburn Spa was a highlight—immersing myself in the calming countryside surrounds while indulging in some well-deserved me-time was rejuvenating. I also enjoyed the beautiful views; whether from the spa or our accommodation, the stunning landscapes were a treat for the eyes. The hotel offers plenty of activities, and the rock pool was a fantastic feature for unwinding after a long day of meetings.
Check-in took too long.

I found pests in my bed and cupboard, and the aircon in my room was dripping and noisy. It really ruined my whole stay!

Had a decent Christmas getaway at this place! The location is super peaceful and super close to nature, perfect for a relaxing holiday vibe. The buffet breakfast was delicious - totally loved the variety. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the whole experience a bit more enjoyable!
On the flip side, our room was a bit of a letdown. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower didn’t even work properly – frustrating! Plus, the carpets felt a bit grimy, and I couldn’t shake the worry about cleanliness. I expected better for the price we paid. it was okay, but they definitely need to step up their game!

This hotel offers great value for money, especially the Sunday Spa & Stayover special. The service is professional and friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. The beautiful setting by the river adds to the relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect escape from the city.
Pillows could be more comfortable; slightly stiff and large.

I recently stayed at Glenburn Lodge for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic time. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, and we enjoyed exploring the beautiful surroundings, including the waterfall, bridge, and putt-putt. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The location is perfect for relaxation, with plenty of cozy spots to unwind. The rooms were decent, but the beds were exceptional - clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the portions were generous. I can't wait to come back and try out the campsite!
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
